Joe is an experienced project manager with technical savvy and an ability to communicate with both developers and executives. He has worked on numerous full lifecycle projects with many different clients over his career. Joe is not a PM who barks orders, but rather he is a consultant that will fit in well with your company’s culture. In fact, many of his long-term clients would describe him as a bit of a social engineer—he’s got a sense of humor and can always rally the group for the occasional after-hours gathering.

Michael is a new partner at Providge Consulting (if you couldn’t tell by his baby face), but he brings with him more than a decade of consulting at multiple large firms. Human capital and HR are what gets him fired up when it comes to his professional life, but on the personal front, Michael is passionate about teaching kids about business and entrepreneurship in Central and South Florida communities. Whether your leadership’s needs are Quantitative (increased productivity, reduced transactional costs, total cost of ownership) or Qualitative (increasing quality of human capital, knowledge base, employee fulfillment), Michael is fully capable of developing a vision to meet your executive goals.

Another American University alum, Jenny Couch comes from a long line of IT consultants (or at least is the daughter of one). Although she does work with clients, Jenny also serves the firm internally as Providge’s government contracting guru and a point of contact for business development. She is an exceptionally positive project manager whose love of lists, notebooks, and all things organization translates into on-time, on-budget, and well-executed client results.

His ability to attack complex projects with agility and finesse enables him to keep project teams focused on delivery, even in chaotic environments.
